Who are Raw Vegans?

People who eat raw, uncooked, unheated, unprocessed foods.  Most raw vegan foodies eat at least 75% raw all the time.  I have heard the term used for people who also eat only 50% raw all the time, like my boys, to people like me who are 100% raw.  Many raw vegans are aware of the positive health implications of their diet, as well as the environmental impact of their diet choice.
