Cholesterol Level and Raw Food

10 Apr
So I was just curious.  What would my cholesterol level be after almost a year of a mainly raw foods diet?
In 2002 it was 207.  In 2003 it was 232.  I just expected it to increase as I grow older. The doctors said that high cholesterol levels were normal in my family. And, if cholesterol levels are more than 200, then it is advisable to have a test every 5 years.  Well,  I’m 2 years late, but I am proud to announce that last night my total cholesterol level is 176 mg/dl! A decrease of over 50 mg/dl!
Wow, that makes me feel good.
