WHAT IS RAW VEGAN FOOD?

Raw Foods are any foods that have not been cooked, heated or processed in any way.

A strict Vegan Diet is one that excludes all animal products, such as meat, eggs, dairy and other animal derived ingredients.

Raw Vegan Foods are raw, fresh and unprocessed plant-based foods that have not been heated above 112F to preserve the living enzymes of the food that help our bodies digest them.  Furthermore, raw vegan foods help create an alkalinity in the system that prevent diseases and degeneration of our cells.
