Mama – this recipe is AMAZING! I used blueberries instead of apples. The lemon adds just enough tang to simulate yogurt. Thank you!
So glad you liked it too! And isn’t it so easy?
Hi again Carissa!
Where do you buy your probiotics? I have never used them and have seem them online but incredibly expensive in big batches. What do they do to the yogurt? I mean, do they have a specific function?
Thanks!
Hi Linda!
I get my probiotics from my local health food store. They add ‘good bacteria’ into the yoghurt for the health of your intestinal flora. There’s also Garden of Life probiotics for women (http://astore.amazon.com/mamainthekitchen-20/detail/B004IRIOL8).
Carissa
P.S. Most probiotics out there are from dairy, so just be careful which one you choose.
